Tarik Moussa	9889c4d811	ci: add mirror-to-codeberg workflow ... Automatically pushes main and dev to the Codeberg mirror (codeberg.org/TMoussa/ConformalLabpp) after every push to eulernest. Tarik Moussa	d909683a5b	add Gitea Actions workflow for C++ tests ... Runs conformallab_tests (GTest) on every push to main/dev/claude/** using ubuntu-latest + cmake + g++.
