6c84f831b0 docs: archive — superseded by ansible-eulernest

Details 
This planning repo was never built; the Jetson AI/Ollama host was implemented in
the ansible-eulernest sibling repo, which now holds both code and docs (the
single source of truth). The Projekt-Vertrag and ADR-0002 rationale have been
ported there. Prepend a deprecation/archive banner pointing readers to it; the
original planning content is kept below as historical record.

- CONVENTIONS Projekt-Vertrag (Profile, Pfade, Ports, Daemon-Env, num_ctx, DVC, Scope)
- manifests/requirements.md = kalt verifizierbares Review-Manifest (R-01..R-10)
- REVIEW.md Kalt-Review-Einstieg; ADR 0002 (Ollama-nativ, kein Swapper/Gateway)
- session-prompts/W1..W6 dispatch-fertig; .gitignore um Jetson-Ignores erweitert
- examples/walkthrough entfernt (Projekt hat eigenes gefuelltes Board)
